WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MORNING RISE

As the Service Manager for Erewash Recovery Team I have worked , for many years, in partnership with Morning Rise Supported Lodgings to ensure that service users have the most appropriate care for their needs. The staff at Morning rise are very responsive to the staff at Erewash Recovery Team and are always willing to take advice and act upon it. I have a positive working relationship with the Manager Shirley Connor who is always very professional and puts the service users at the centre of everything she does. The service users are treated with dignity and respect with the focus being on a holistic approach and the recovery process .

The feedback from the service users is very positive and see Morning Rise as their home rather than a supported lodgings, as they are all treated as individuals and this is reflected in the care that they receive. The environment is very homely and I have always felt very welcome every time I have visited service users.

A Letter of Thanks

Just a quick note to say thank you for all your help and support in working with TG. Your in depth knowledge about her has been invaluable for our processes.

The fact that TG herself describes you as part of her family shows the relationship you have with the service users and how homely Morning Rise is.

Thanks, Helen
